Fulvio Obregon, also known as “FULALEO”, is a Melbourne based visual artist and designer from Cali, Colombia. In all of his works, he focuses on the conceptual significance of each piece, with the visuals often contrasting with the message he wishes to convey to audiences.

His inclination for portraiture is evident throughout his work, heavily drawing inspiration from pop culture, retro-nostalgia, music, photography, film, fashion and a bit of Japanese culture.
